dc.description.abstractIn elk (ver)bouwproces spelen diverse actoren een rol, van architecten en aannemers tot kredietverleners, energiedeskundigen, gemeentelijke omgevingsambtenaren of syndici. Elk (ver)bouwproject biedt bovendien kansen om bij te dragen aan diverse duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen. Dit onderzoek brengt daarom gedetailleerd in beeld op welke manier deze actoren in contact komen met het overheidsaanbod rond duurzaam bouwen, en op welke manier ze omgaan met verschillende duurzaamheidsthema’s. Op basis van deze praktijkinzichten identificeert dit rapport sleutelmomenten en aanknopingspunten om het overheidsaanbod rond duurzaam bouwen beter af te stemmen op de werkpraktijk van (bouw)actoren, en te optimaliseren om integraal duurzame bouwkeuzes beter te ondersteunen.

onderzoek.abstract.translationIn every construction or renovation process, various stakeholders play a role, from architects and contractors to lenders, energy experts, municipal environmental officials, and property managers. Moreover, every construction or renovation project offers opportunities to contribute to various sustainability objectives. This research therefore provides a detailed picture of how these stakeholders interact with government initiatives on sustainable construction and how they address various sustainability themes. Based on these practical insights, this report identifies key moments and starting points for better aligning government initiatives on sustainable construction with the working practices of (construction) stakeholders, and optimizing them to better support integrated sustainable construction choices.
