| dc.description.abstract | Artikel 16.2.3 van het decreet van 5 april 1995 houdende algemene bepalingen inzake milieubeleid (DABM) en artikel 6.1.3 van de Vlaamse Codex Ruimtelijke Ordening (VCRO) bepaalt dat gegevens over de omgevingshandhavingsuitvoering jaarlijks online worden gepubliceerd. Jaarlijks worden de handhavingsactoren in het Vlaamse Gewest op uniforme en gestandaardiseerde wijze bevraagd aangaande hun handhavingsactiviteiten in het voorgaande jaar. | |

Omgevingshandhavingsrapport 2023
In kader van de Omgevingsrapportage maakt het Departement Omgeving twee keer per vijf jaar het Omgevingshandhavingsrapport op. In dit rapport worden de omgevingshandhavingscijfers van 2023 besproken en geanalyseerd.
