dc.description.abstractDe cijfers zijn het resultaat van de jaarlijkse bevraging van de handhavingsactoren voor het jaar 2022. De data gepresenteerd in deze omgevingshandhavingsrapportage zijn de gegevens zoals ze worden aangeleverd door de handhavingsactoren zelf op basis van hun eigen monitoring. Deze bevraging levert geen 100% responsgraad op, hetgeen implicaties heeft op de interpreteerbaarheid van de cijfergegevens. Wanneer totalen worden getoond, betreft dit steeds enkel de gerapporteerde en gekende aantallen. Bij analyses van de data dient rekening te worden gehouden met deze beperking.

onderzoek.abstract.translationThe numbers are the result of the yearly survey of Flemish Region enforcing actors in the year 2022. The data presented in this environmental and spatial development enforcement reporting represent the information that was provided by the actors themselves, based on their own monitoring. This survey does not yield a response from all actors, which may impact the interpretation of the data. When total numbers are shown, there represent only the known and reported numbers. When analysing these data, these limitations need to be taken into account.
