dc.description.abstractDit onderzoek vormt een eerste verkennende oefening om te begrijpen hoe een spending review wordt opgezet, welke stappen erbij komen kijken en welke informatie essentieel is om ermee van start te gaan. Zo wil VPO graag expertise opbouwen rond meer diepgaande analyses van uitgaven van de Vlaamse overheid, en deze kennis ook delen.
