dc.description.abstractIn het kader van het Stikstofdecreet wordt jaarlijks een Voortgangsrapport PAS opgemaakt. Het Departement Omgeving maakt deze rapportering op samen met experten van VMM, VLM, ANB, INBO en VITO. De technisch-wetenschappelijke analyses gebeuren door VITO in een afzonderlijk rapport.

onderzoek.abstract.translationThis OIS (OmgevingsInformatieSamenwerkingsverband, a collaboration within Policy Area Environment) project had participation from Department of Environment, VMM, OVAM, INBO, DOV and MercatorNet. From the Business Case: As part of the Open Data Directive (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A32019L1024), a list of datasets with high value for future policy making has been published - for producers of services and applications. E.g. datasets around geolocation of buildings create business opportunities in the logistics sector. - For research, innovation and policy making. Bv datasets on air quality provide important insights for policy on climate change. In practice, we notice that these datasets are still under-published due to all kinds of technical, legal and financial obstacles. Therefore, this list of high-quality datasets is an explicit obligation to publish them. With this project we want to get a view on which datasets are captured for our entities. In addition, we want to gain an insight into the technical impact that the publication of these datasets entails, and what cooperation is required for this. Moreover, other data legislation from Europe will have to be taken into account: in addition to existing legislation such as GDPR, a lot of new legislation is coming up, such as the Data Governance Act and the Data Act.
