dc.description.abstractOm goed de vinger aan de pols te houden is er nood aan een accuraat, actueel en allesomvattend monitoringsinstrument. Dit rapport meet zowel de eiwitinname als de eiwitaankopen bij de Vlaming. Na een eerste rapportage in 2023, geeft dit rapport een update voor de cijfers van 2024. Daarnaast is er een case opgenomen die de eiwitinname van de inwoners van stad Gent meet. Op basis van deze monitor kunnen we besluiten dat we in 2024 nog relatief ver verwijderd zijn van de doelstelling van de Green Deal Eiwitshift op ons bord.

onderzoek.abstract.translationIn order to keep up to speed on the protein shift in Flanders, an accurate, up-to-date and comprehensive monitoring tool is needed. This report measures both protein intake and protein purchases among the Flemish. After an initial report in 2023, this report provides an update for 2024. In addition, a project has been included that measures the protein intake of the residents of the city of Ghent. Based on this monitor, we can conclude that in 2024 we are still relatively far removed from the objective of the Green Deal Protein Shift on our plate.
