dc.description.abstractDit rapport presenteert de inzichten uit onderzoek naar de communicatie rond ontharding en groenblauwe inrichting. De focus lag daarbij op het verbeteren van de communicatie met de burger. De studie verliep in twee fasen. In het eerste deel van het onderzoek werd een inventarisatie gemaakt van welke woorden, beelden en frames momenteel voorkomen in de communicatie met burgers over ontharding en groenblauwe inrichting. Na de inventarisatiefase werd in het tweede deel onderzocht hoe de communicatie over ontharding en groenblauwe inrichting bij burgers binnenkomt. Meer specifiek werd gekeken naar welke combinatie van woorden, beelden en frames zij waarderen en welke weerstand oproepen.

onderzoek.abstract.translationThis report presents insights from research into communication regarding soil desealing and greenblue infrastructure. The focus was on improving communication with citizens. The study was conducted in two phases. The first phase involved an inventory of the words, images, and frames currently used in communication with citizens about soil desealing and greenblue infrastructure. Following the inventory phase, the second phase examined how citizens perceive communication about soil desealing and greenblue infrastructure. More specifically, the study examined which combinations of words, images, and frames they value and which evoke resistance.
