dc.description.abstractDe Green Deal Eiwitshift op ons bord (2021-2025) wil bijdragen aan de doelstelling om de verhouding tussen dierlijke en plantaardige eiwitten in de Vlaamse consumptie te verbeteren richting een verhouding van 40/60 dierlijke/plantaardige eiwitten tegen 2030. Hiervoor brengen we actoren uit het hele voedingssysteem bij elkaar. Ketenpartners uit de landbouwsector, de voedselverwerkende nijverheid, de retail en de cateringsector zijn vertegenwoordigd. De Green Deal pakt ook uit met partners die een rol spelen in het bredere voedselsysteem: kennisinstellingen, onderzoeksgroepen, ngo’s, beroepsorganisaties en (lokale) overheden. Elke actor houdt een deel van de sleutel in handen om de consument te ondersteunen in dit verhaal.

onderzoek.abstract.translationThe Green Deal Protein Shift on our Plate (2021-2025) aims to contribute to the goal of improving the ratio of animal and plant proteins in Flemish consumption towards a ratio of 40/60 animal/plant proteins by 2030. To this end, we are bringing together actors from across the food system. Chain partners from the agricultural sector, the food processing industry, retail, and the catering sector are represented. The Green Deal also involves partners who play a role in the broader food system: knowledge institutions, research groups, NGOs, professional organizations, and (local) governments. Each actor holds a piece of the key to supporting consumers in this story.
